I've been an artist for about 40 years. I thought it would be a good idea to put down some information from the general public of artists who have done their careers and are continuing to succeed for those just getting involved for the Arts. If you have any tips of how you got started please leave them here I know personally that I just walked in at 18 years old into a decorator and said I would like to work for you I know how to draw an illustration I got the job
